Sorry, but servicing is limited by Government Rules

All returned & repair products should be isolated for 72 hours, before being handled.

You will need to book in a service request - online, or by phone.

Unfortunately, we are not be able to offer a ‘while you wait’ service at present.

You will be asked to describe the problem. The staff will guide you through possible fixes, in certain circumstances (such as 'Dead On Arrival'), we do offer an Express Service.

All items booked in for Express Service, will be cleansed, sanitised, examined under strict conditions, with staff using PPE, gloves, mask & visor. Surfaces are cleaned & sanitised between examinations.

What to do if you need an immediate replacement?

We will refund or credit any item that is deemed faulty. This may be 4-5 days after its return. In the meanwhile, you can buy a new item, and you will get a credit for your returned item later. However, if no fault is found on your product; we will not be able to refund, but it will be available for collection and re-use. We will advise you when it is ready for collection.

Terms & Conditions of Supply

Supply of all products is by Progress Capital Limited trading as The Vapourist referred to as we/us/our, registered in England, co. no. 03968083.

The buyer is referred to as you/your or the customer.

General Terms

We offer this Service, including information, products, tools and services available from us, is based upon your acceptance of our terms, conditions, policies and notices.

By visiting our site or shop and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including any additional terms and conditions and policies described or on display in store or available by hyperlink from the website.

These Terms of Service apply to you, including without limitation, users who are browsers, customers or contributors of content.


Purchases by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted, (or not to a minor in the country of your residence).

We operate a Challenge 25 policy, please be prepared to provide a valid credit card or photo ID (driving license, passport etc) to purchase our products. We reserve the right to hold a copy of this ID on file. We also have access to a list of voters to determine if you are over 18.

We reserve the right to refuse any sales transaction based at our sole discretion, for any reason, and especially where we reasonably believe the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

The re-use or circulation of our materials, copy and images is strictly forbidden, unless agreed in writing. Sharing of social media posts made by us is exempted.

The Tobacco Product Directive restricts certain cross border sales, which we will refund if necessary.

For distance sales, our carriers restrict the shipping of individual 18650 cells, so these must be ordered and will be fitted inside a kit. Any cells that cannot be fitted inside the ordered kit will be refunded.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

On request, you may cancel your order, prior to shipment or collection, for a full refund.

For Products that have left the premise, then described as unsuitable or unwanted, may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of supply, provided that, they are;

new, unused and still complete in their original packaging.

However, due to the non-refundable payment collection charges, there is a re-stocking charge of 4% for returned items. This includes paid for delivery services. If delivery was free, then the re-stocking charge is 8%, to include a contribution to the delivery cost. 

In the event of an item which if it is found to be faulty on delivery (Dead On Arrival), we will arrange collection or refund the cost of return by Royal Mail delivery. We may refund, if requested, or we will replace at our cost. Please notify us of such items within 48 hours or 2 working days.

For items ordered as gifts between 25th of November and 24th of December, these conditions are extended until 7th January plus 2 working days.

Faults must be demonstrated or shown, when the item/s are returned.

Note: Due to the possible contamination of liquids, it is not possible to exchange, or refund vape eliquids once they have left the premises, unless seals remain intact (and they are still boxed). Even if they are the wrong flavour or strength, therefore, it is your responsibility to check the goods are as ordered, before opening or use.

Due to current regulations, we may not be able to inspect your item for 3 working days. Therefore any refund will be processed as soon as possible after this isolation period.

For shop sales or distance sales after this period, we will exchange the faulty component item like-for-like. If after two attempts to repair or replace the component (faulty a third time), and is in the warranty period, you may ask for a refund.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return items at your expense.

Exchanged faulty items do not extend the warranty period.


Products are supplied with a manufacturer’s guarantee against defects of varying periods of 30 days to 6 months (supplier dependent). Generally, assume 90 days for most items.

Products should be reasonably unmarked and not look like they have been abused, as the most common reason for failure is being dropped or immersed in liquid, either water or eliquid (which can contain water).

However, it should be noted that coils, cartomisers & atomisers are consumables which have very short life cycles, and can vary considerably. They are easily damaged though improper use and have no warranty.

Also, batteries and cells can be abused in a number of ways, including over discharge, part charging, left discharged, frozen or not being completely discharged regularly enough. Twin battery boxes, need changing position regularly as they tend to lean on the first cell.It should also be noted that batteries have a maximum life cycle of 300 charges (or part charges) to 60% of capacity, or 2 years from first charge. Practically that means 180 daily charges or approx. 6 months, before a significant reduction in performance is apparent.

For regulated boxes, software updates may be regularly required, via the data cable.

Please return the item to us, for examination, service, and exchange wherever possible.

Data Protection, Privacy & Security

We do not pass your information to any third parties at all (except for mandatory warranty registration, e.g. IQOS via PMI), unless required by law. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR rules 2018, as stated under our Privacy page.

The data is used to fulfil your order and our in-store loyalty card points. On the website, we use 'cookies' to improve our services to customers.

Our online payment provider will collect your payment information, which we do not store.


The descriptions and pictures on websites or published materials are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible, but cannot be held responsible for typographical, pricing, interpretation or specification errors nor changes in specification from time to time. Errors and Omissions are exempted.

Special offers are subject to availability. Previous pricing referred to from time to time, indicates items that have been for sale in a previous period for not less than 30 days, or the recommended retail price indicted by the supplier or manufacturer.

Promotions and voucher codes are limited to specific times and dates.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

If you send specific ideas, submissions, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials, by any means, you agree that we may, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence; to pay compensation for any comments; or to respond to comments.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.

You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of our Service or any related website.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion.

You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.


We accept payment from PayPal and the major credit and debit cards.Payment is due on all goods at the point of sale. In the event of non-payment, the title of all goods remains with us until paid full. We reserve the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue.


Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of taxes due (where applicable). Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. Delivery charges may be additional costs.

Title to Goods

Property and title in the goods shall remain with us and shall not pass to the customer until such time as we have received payment in full.

Electronic Cigarettes sales are not permitted for anybody under the age of 18 and non-smokers.


Technical and property services are provided by RTG Management, 1st Floor, Progress House, Brimington Road North, Chesterfield, S41 9AP. Payment services are provided at a charge of 4% of all transactions and are incorporated in your receipt. This is non-refundable. The trading name and websites are the property of the brand owner, licensed to the company by its owner and managed by RTG Management.

Jurisdiction & statutory rights

This agreement is construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the supply shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England. The purchase of products from us is governed by these terms and conditions. Any lack of enforcement or severability of any of our terms do not affect the enforcement of any other term. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


To the extent allowed by the law, we shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to in any circumstances. We, it’s officers, employees or suppliers are not responsible for any damages arising out of the supply of any of our goods, except those deemed by a court of law.
